If anybody does have an answer, you could even directly contact me and walk me through different troubleshooting techniques and maybe we can figure it out together, lol. Anyway, if anybody could help me with this problem, I'd be SO appreciative! I want to buy more of the packs but there's no point if I can't play them because the content won't download. I still open origin the same way I did that day and everytime I've deleted and redownlaoded it since then, I've never changed my process at all. I don't understand how that could be the problem when the rest of the game loads just fine? When I was chatting with them about it, right around the time they said they couldn't do anything, I somehow opened up origin a different way than I was used to opening it and it finally worked. I had this problem once before when I bought another expansion pack (I can't remember which one now, but I wanna say it was the Get to Work one), and I chatted with origin support who didn't know what to do either, and simply told me that my game wouldn't work because I had it on an external hard drive.

I've tried deleting and redownloading origin, although I don't know how to do a "hard uninstall," as I've seen it referred to as on a few other threads I've seen. and the content never shows up in the game. I can see it when I click in the "Extra Content" tab of my origin account, but instead of saying "Play" on the button, it just says "Details". As we have already noted, the snapshot below is a general overview of the new items that came with each Sims 4 expansion pack, by using the objects listed on the Origin pages for each one. I bought and downloaded the University pack a few months ago, and I CANNOT get origin to add it to the actual game. Sims 4 expansion packs: New objects and CAS items at a glance. However, that's the point I'm getting to if I can't figure this problem out.
